Q: What are WebUsers?
A: Webusers is only found on a plesk control panel, they are generally used for file sharing only. They are not recommended for web hosting.

Q: My webuser account can not upload anything.
A: To fix this problem, you will need to log in the server using your main ftp login and password. Once you are in there you must chmod the webuser folder to 777. After doing this your webuser should be able to upload to the server. You will have to do this for every folder in the webuser folder also.

Q: Is my quotas shared with my webusers and databases?
A: Yes, the quota assigned is sharing the space with webusers and the database size also.

A:Yes, but they have to be chmoded 777 and the control panel must have the option checked that allows webusers to execute scripts.

Q: I get a error trying to view the control panel.
A: Make sure your cookies and java are enabled. If anyone of these are disabled you will not be able to log in the control panel.

Q: I get a security alert when trying to view the control panel.
A: This error you are getting is do to the fact that the security certificate is invalid or expired. All you have to do is click continue, to proceed to the control panel.
This certificate is only used to encrypt the data between you and the server. It servers no other purpose or reason. Because your not entering secure data like credit card numbers or personal information it doesnt require a valid certificate.

Q: Where do I set my catchall for my email?
A: Once you log in your control panel click on your Domain name then click on Preferences and then at the bottom you should see where to set your catchall and bouce email settings.

Q: How do I password protect a folder?
A: Log in your control panel and click on your Domain name then click on directories. From there you will be able to assign usernames and passwords.
Dont forget to first create the folder before trying to protect it.

Q: What does the on/off button do on my control panel?
A:That button is setup for you to disable or enable your website.

Q: How do I check my disk space?
A:Log in your control panel and click on your Domain name then click on Reports. From there you can see your current status of what your site is using in disk space. Your disk space is a quota of the following: email, stats, website files and database.

Q: My reports say I am over my disk quota.
A: That is because the server is adding up all your stats, email and website files. We only track your website files and not your email or stats. Your website quota is hard coded in the running quota on the server. This will not show up in the reports.

Q: I am getting tons of junk mail from a certain domain how do I filter this?
A: We have to manually put the domain name in the server under mail to block. You will not have access to this. So what we would need from you is your domain name and the domains you want us to filter email for.

Q: How many databases can I have?
A: We only allow 1 database per site. But you are allow to have as many tables as you want in your database. This gives you the option to have as many database scripts as you need. They just have to use the same username for your database.

A: Yes, complete solution with auto-responders, POP3 e-mail accounts with e-mail aliases, and mail forwarding. Web-based e-mail with filters, folders and attachments.

A: Yes, support for both virtual and IP-based hosting is included. It will take a user only one click to migrate from one to the other.
