Terms & Conditions |
• No refund for dedicated server or early termination of service.
• There is an additional setup fee of RM 150 for any upgrades/downgrades requested after the
initial setup. Upgrade Setup fee is waived if upgrades are ordered together with the new server.
• No spamming/bulk/UCE, no Porn, no Gambling and no illegal sites allowed.
• All Servers are un-managed unless stated otherwise. We will take care of the Network
Connectivity and Hardware failures while the customer is responsible for the rest.
• A minimum of 5 business days setup time is required (subject to availability)
• 12 Months contract for all Dedicated Servers |
