We handle simple to complex server management and system administration tasks for you. All we need is complete remote access to your servers in order to manage and administrate them. We are responsible to maintain and support the following range of software listed below:

Operating system
and software installation |

We will help customer to install operating system and application based on our current support list of software. Default installation configuration will be applied unless customer provides custom installation instruction. |

Patches Update |
| |
We will notify customer when operating system and application has new patches or service pack becomes available from its vendor. Customer has to provide confirmation when they need to apply the new patches into their system.
All new patches and service pack will be tested by us prior to customer installation. However, E-globalfocus can not assure that patches will not harm customer server, due to each system environment will have different installed scenario, like third party application, system drivers and hardware.
We strongly suggest customer to review and inspect each patch carefully before installation. |

Operating system
and software troubleshooting |

We will resolve problem which cause was due to operating system provided solution is available from operating system vendor. If problem arise was due to third party application or scripts, we will assist to identify the possible cause of the error and provide recommendation on how to resolve the issue. |

Log rotation maintenance. |
| |
We will maintain customer server log file by installation script to rotate, archive and delete it based on customer schedule and requirement.
