We will work with customer together to setup your router policy and configuration requirement. After successful implementation, the router will be monitored 24x7x365 by our NOC. In addition, we will help to update your router firmware* if there is a new version update available.
Whenever you have new policy requirement that need to apply into your router, our skill engineer will be able to update your configuration at once without any delay.
We can support the following list of firewall product from Cisco, Huawei and Juniper.
*Service depends on whether you have software update subscription with your current vendor.
