This basic monitoring solution helps to determine
whether hardware is available to delivery service
to your customer. This solution can help to check
basic service like whether your hardware is powered
when your network connection is active.
Ping monitoring often use to detect hardware device
like router, switch, hub, server and any other hardware
that can respond to ping command. |

Port Monitoring |

Our NOC will check the status of your application
via its application's communication port. For example:
Web server application like IIS or Apache will use
port 80 as communication port. If your web server
application fails, your application communication
port will not responds to our query, hence you will
be notified.
Other common application that can be monitored by
porting monitoring solution includes, FTP, SSH, Telnet,
SMTP, DNS, HTTP, POP, IMAP, DHCP, Radius, LDAP and

IBM Websphere, Coldfusion, ASP and Tomcat. Due to its
complexity of this application engine, simple port monitoring
service will not be able to detect any failure from

your database server is actively responds to database

PostgreSQL and any other ODBC compliant database like
Microsoft Access. |

Our content monitoring can help you check whether
your application is actively serving your right content
by constantly scanning and matching your predefined
content with your current one. Our matching engine
can even detect a minor difference when a character
"a" changes to "A".
This is especially useful to proactively detect common
hacking activity like defacement which will alter
your web pages without your knowledge as your web
server is serving bad content to your customer.
Our content monitoring solution is not limited to
web content monitoring only, we have capability to
check content in Hex format or encrypted format. |

SNMP
Resource Monitoring |

Our dedicated network engineer will help you to install
SNMP service into your server to monitor your resource
usage of your CPU, memory and disk storage. Customer
will be notified when they pre-defined threshold of
your resource limit is reached.

as it supports SNMP. |

Leased
Circuit Monitoring |

When your leased line or circuit is down,
your telecommunication provider will not proactively
notify to take action to resolve your downed circuit.
We can actively monitor your leased line status and
notify your telecommunication provider when is down.
We will provide status report to customer when we
obtain update status progress from your telecommunication
provide until your connectivity is restored.
We can monitor leased line from Telekom Malaysia,
TIME and Maxis. |
