Our basic backup service will oversee and manage the process of customer backup operation. We will conduct these processes according to customer’s predefined schedule or on demand basis.
Processes that we will conduct include:
- Initial & end backup process manually or by schedule.
- Monitoring backup process
- Tape insertion, rotation
- Backup content verification
- Data Restoration (exclude system restoration)
To assure that our customer is update with the latest status progress of our processes, we will notify customer with appropriate report when each process is completed.
