Q: I have sent in my account application. How long will it take before my account is activated?
A: For .com plus hosting services, we will have your account activated within 1 - 2 business days. For .com.my plus hosting services, we will have your account activated within 2-3 business days, subject to MyNIC domain approval process (Payment upfront is required in order for us to process your request).
Q: How do I renew my hosting plan?
A: Your hosting will NOT be renewed automatically. If you wish to renew, you will have to inform renewal@hostpro2u.com before your hosting expires otherwise we will assume you wish to terminate your hosting with us.
Q: What is the role of the Authorized Contact?
A: Hostpro2u will ask the Authorized Contact for permission when we feel a security issue is involved. This is normally in the case of cancellations, modifications to DNS records, name server changes, etc.
Q: What do I need to do to change the Authorized Contact information for my account?
A: Please fax a request with your company letterhead addressed to "E-globalfocus Sdn Bhd" with subject "Change of Authorization Contact" stating you wish to change your contact information and providing us with the relevant details. You can fax it to 03-7805-7922. Please note that only the current Authorized Contact can make changes.
