It is now possible to cc copy all incoming emails and redirect outgoing emails to another email
address as specified by customers.
e.g. cc copy all outgoing emails sent from *@mydomain.com.my to outgoing@mydomain.com.my,
and cc copy all emails destined
to*@mydomain.com.my to incoming@mydomain.com.my.
For those who are interested in activating this feature, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to support@hostpro2u.com with subject title: Activate Email Journaling
2. Specify the email domain name, email address you want incoming/outgoing mails to automatically cc copy to.
3. Include authorized contact person’s name, contact details of your organization for verification purpose, these information must
coincide with customer contact details stored in Hostpro2u billing system, our sales/support personnel might call up or request
an official authorization letter by fax.
4. Once everything is verified, we’ll configure the email settings on the Surgemail server backend administration console.
5. You’ll be informed by our support personnel through helpdesk ticketing system once it’s done.
