Good day to you.
This is a friendly reminder to you on a scam email from a company named Domain Renewal SA
(via domainrenewalonline.com) regarding domain renewal. Some of our customers have been
receiving misleading email from domainrenewalonline.com trying to charge them for renewing
their domains. We have no connection with this company and they should not be paid.
If you click on the renewal link in the email, Domain Renewal SA will ask for your payment
information. Domain Renewal SA charges US$79.95 a year to renew a domain.
They will also ask for your login information so that they can renew your domain for you.
This is a huge security risk. Please do not give out your login information to unknown 3rd parties.
Furthermore, E-Globalfocus Sdn Bhd (Hostpro2u.com) does not require your login details in order to
renew the domain name for you.
Domain Renewal SA gets your information from the Whois database. ICANN requires us to publish your
contact information in the Whois database so people can contact you regarding any issues with your
domain. Unfortunately, it also allows unscrupulous companies like Domain Renewal SA to get your
contact information.
If you receive an email from Domain Renewal SA, we recommend you delete it immediately, or you
may report it to us by forwarding the email to abuse@hostpro2u.com.

Domain Renewal maintains domain addresses, and registers and consults companies in
relation to Internet domain ownership. We inform businesses about which domains are
registered, and remind them if a domain is due to expire, or when it is time to renew a domain.
If you want Domain Renewal to extend the domain for you, we ask you to click on the link in
this e-mail. If you do not wish to use your domain after the due date for renewal, you may
disregard this e-mail. When Domain Renewal extends your domain no information will be
changed in the “Whois” information section. The domain will be extended for 1 year. You will
